David "Woody" Woodham

Might I introduce myself, David J. Woodham, (Woody), a servant called to serve.

I believe that there is a calling on everyone’s life. Each of us are put here in order to further the positive advancement of humanity in whatever capacity we are led. My initial service in 1972 was a stretch in the retail world, teaching me how to relate to many different types of people, one on one. In 1983 I left the retail world and started my own residential remodeling and repair company. My small but successful company assisted many homeowners, sub contracts and suppliers in accomplishing the dreams of many property owners. Dealing with people and helping them make their dreams a reality has been my desire and remains as such. In 1975 I purchased my first property and several since then. In the early 1990s, I took several credited Real Estate (R E) classes and became involved in property investing, buying, holding and selling several of my own properties. You might say I have a lengthy history in the business. In 2018 I decided to educate myself in order to obtain my R E license. I truly feel education is a vital key to anyone’s success. Therefore, after obtaining my license, I have continually furthered my education in R E with almost 950 hours of combined course work. Obtaining over the years several designations and certifications in order to serve my clients with a wealth of knowledge of the R E industry.

As well as serving the RE industry and the residential construction industry, I am proud to have served my Country from 1994 to 2007 in the USN. Most of all, I am so blessed to be called to the servitude of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Serving as the Start-up and Senior Pastor of Rockin’ Country Church, Kemp Texas for 14 years.
